I lost my dad in January 2023. The wound is still very fresh and the hurt is very present. My family is silently suffering and I wanted to talk about it. The best thing I could think to do is reach out to Pop (my dad) and checking in. The beauty of art is it allows us to speak to those who are no longer with us.
